This seminar is intended to provide attendees an overview of architectural designs.  The seminar will outline housing styles from Colonial to modern times and it is designed to explore how housing styles have changed over the centuries, and discover how design influences have helped shape modern residential architecture.  It will improve the appraiser's ability to comply with the newly enacted UAD requirements for residential appraisals performed for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA, and will strengthen the appraiser's overall knowledge of  housing styles.

2 hours Colorado CE approved.

We will also have an update on the current status of AMC Legislation and DORA's the upcoming sunset review of the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers.

Don't miss it!

You are also welcome to bring your check for 2012 CAREA dues.  2012 dues are the same as 2011 at $135.  Thank you for your support.
