Course Summary and Learning Objectives:
As appraisers we can find ourselves in rural areas taking photos from our cars in areas where folks can be fiercely protective of their property and may see anyone driving by slowly as a threat. Additionally, we are in strangers homes measuring and taking photos, usually alone. This seminar will discuss safety is it relates to these situations.
